Our various tourist information points welcome you across the Aix-les-Bains Riviera des Alpes area. Year-round information centers allow you to meet with our teams, receive advice for your stay, and have your needs attended to.

During the season, we also have information points at popular locations within the area, such as the Grand Port and La Chambotte.

November to April: Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Closed on public holidays.
May, June, September : Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday and public holidays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
July and August: every day from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

From July 15 to August 25: every day from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
September: every day until the 22th inclusive : from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

A touchscreen terminal is also accessible outside the building to consult tourist information in the area.
