Our various tourist information points welcome you across the Aix-les-Bains Riviera des Alpes area. Year-round information centers allow you to meet with our teams, receive advice for your stay, and have your needs attended to.

During the season, we also have information points at popular locations within the area, such as the Grand Port and La Chambotte.

May, June, September : Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday and public holidays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
CLOSED May 1st, May 27th morning.
July and August: every day from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

A touchscreen terminal is also accessible outside the building to consult tourist information in the area.
