Description
For young and old alike, come and visit our farm to learn more about rural life, farm jobs and human and economic activities.
During the guided tour, which will take you through the farm's buildings and environment, we'll introduce you to our profession as farmers and to our milk production activity, which complies with the specifications of the Tomme de Saint-Ours PGI: we'll explain the feeding and rearing of our animals (from the birth of the calf to the dairy cow), you'll be able to bottle-feed the calves, distribute hay to the heifers, discover the milking robot, and for the little ones, go to the barnyard to see the rabbits and hens.
We organize tailor-made activities and events at the farm: birthdays, team-building, seminars, "family experiences".

Sustainable tourism : On the farm:
Food self-sufficiency: we produce 95% of our animal feed from grass, hay, corn and barley.
Circular economy: animal waste, in the form of manure or slurry, is recycled on our meadows and crops, thus limiting fertilizer purchases.
No bare soil: all our cultivated land is planted with meadows or cereals, with plant cover in winter.
Water management: recovery of rainwater from roofs and use of springs.
Landscape maintenance: our plots are bordered by woodland edges, which we maintain and use in the form of wood chips.
Short supply chain: our raw milk is collected daily and processed into Tomme de Saint-Ours at the village cooperative.
Human resources: we are a company with 3 partners (including two 25-year-olds) and one employee, enabling us to share tasks and organize work in a way that respects the balance between private and professional life. We attach great importance to the value of the collective: GAEC on the farm, CUMA for equipment, Cooperative for our milk value chain.
